You can view provider information, availability, and book appointments directly through our platform.
Clinic Today is completely free for patients to use. We partner with healthcare providers who pay a fee when appointments are booked through our platform. You'll never be charged for searching, viewing providers, or booking appointments through our service.
No account required! You can search for providers and book appointments as a guest. This means your information isn't stored on our platform, giving you complete privacy. You'll receive appointment confirmations via email and can manage your bookings through the links provided.
Yes, protecting your privacy is our top priority. We use a guest-only system, which means we don't store your personal information. All communications are encrypted, and we never record virtual visits. Your data stays between you and your chosen healthcare provider.
For Patients
You can find healthcare providers in several ways: Use our AI-powered chat assistant for personalized recommendations, click on one of the specialty buttons in the Quick Care Finder, or browse by location and specialty. We'll show you available options with same-day appointments sorted by proximity and availability.
Yes! Many providers offer both virtual and in-person same-day appointments. Virtual visits are great for consultations, follow-ups, and many common conditions. In-person visits are available when physical examination or procedures are needed. You can choose the option that works best for your situation.
For virtual appointments, you typically pay the provider's set fee upfront (usually $150-$300) and the video call starts immediately. For in-person appointments, you usually pay directly at the provider's office. If you have insurance, you can submit for reimbursement after virtual visits, or use your insurance for in-person visits at participating providers.
You can cancel or reschedule using the links provided in your confirmation email. Most providers require at least 2 hours notice for cancellations. For virtual appointments paid upfront, refund policies vary by provider. For in-person appointments, there's typically no charge if you cancel with proper notice.
Clinic Today is designed for non-emergency same-day care. If you're experiencing a medical emergency such as chest pain, severe bleeding, difficulty breathing, or other life-threatening conditions, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
Our providers can help with a wide range of non-emergency conditions including cold and flu symptoms, minor injuries, skin conditions, allergies, mental health consultations, routine check-ups, prescription refills, and many other common health concerns. Virtual visits work well for consultations and many conditions that don't require physical examination.
For Providers
Healthcare providers can apply through our 'Join Our Network' page. After verification of your credentials and licensing, you'll be able to list your practice and manage your availability through our provider dashboard. We have dedicated onboarding specialists to help you get set up quickly and start seeing patients.

Clinic Today offers a simple Premium plan at $99 per month with a 30-day free trial. All features are included: unlimited bookings, AI Voice Receptionist, custom subdomain, secure video consultations, and priority support. No setup costs or hidden fees. You can cancel anytime with no penalties.
After joining, you'll have access to an intuitive provider dashboard where you can set your regular hours, mark specific time slots for same-day appointments, block out time for holidays or personal days, and choose between virtual and in-person appointment types. The system is designed to integrate smoothly with your existing practice workflow.
Yes, we offer integration capabilities with many popular EMR/EHR and practice management systems. During onboarding, our technical team will work with you to set up integrations that work with your existing workflow. If you use a system we don't currently integrate with, we can discuss alternative solutions.
Technical & Support
Clinic Today works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Our platform is fully responsive and works on desktop computers, tablets, and smartphones. For virtual visits, you'll need a device with a camera and microphone. We recommend using the latest version of your preferred browser for the best experience.
Currently, Clinic Today is available as a web application that works seamlessly on mobile devices. Our mobile-optimized website provides all the functionality you need to find providers and book appointments on your smartphone or tablet. A dedicated mobile app may be available in the future.
If you experience any technical issues, please contact our support team at hello@clinic.today. Include details about the issue, what device and browser you're using, and any error messages you received. Screenshots are also helpful for troubleshooting. We typically respond within a few hours during business hours.
Virtual appointments use secure, HIPAA-compliant video technology that works directly in your web browser - no downloads required. After booking and payment, you'll receive a secure link to join your appointment. The video calls are never recorded, and all communications are encrypted for your privacy and security.
